I can only access internet in internet centre now, 1 pound for an hour. Everything is smooth for me, the environment is good, jogging along River Thames is great, but the living cost here is too too expensive, the only way to live here is cooking every meal! It really makes me miss Yemen a lot!!!
The cost of McDonald meal: 3.69£ (58HK$)
500ml Coke: 1.4£ for 2 (11.8HK$)
One sandwich: 2£ (32$)
Cheapest Chinese Dish Head Rice in China Town: 3.6£(58HK$)
Paste in restaurant: at least 5£(80HK$)
However, something here is dirt cheap, it is the Hagen Daz Ice Cream!!! I can buy 2 large bos with 4 £to 5£(around 32HK$ to 40HK$ each). In HK, the cheapest price I found was 90HK$ for 2. So, I can eat Hagen Daz Ice Cream everyday and feel very well!
