Food for Run and Thought 37

(因腳指受傷,今年7.1遊行只能在起點支援友好,未能走畢整段路了,下午五時多,遊行的市民仍在維園等出發。2011年的經濟一定比03, 04年好,政府又派錢,但仍是有這麼多人參與,我也嚇了一跳。

當然比起七百多萬人,參與遊行的廿萬市民只是少數;正如Tahrir Square示威只有數十萬埃及人,但埃及是有千萬人口的大國。但無論是民主、公義、人權、勞工權益,在無論是甚麼國家,永遠是一小撮人為所有人的福祉犧牲和付出、冒被打壓之危險。

所以,請不要罵這些人和平阻街、靜坐。誰想在深夜在鬧市靜坐,不回家休息?他日,我們終於爭取回我們的一票,改變了這個不平等的制度,我們是要感謝他們的。)
